All digital content (including freebies) is protected under U.S copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You
cannot use the content except as specified below. By downloading the digital product you agree to follow all instructions in this TOU,
describing the way you may use this content. Furthermore by downloading this content, you acknowledge reciept of a license to use the content
for you personal projects but not the rights to the content itself. The designer/creator Di Hickman retains all the rights to the designs.
What you MAY and MAY NOT do with this content:
YOU MAY:
- Alter the content with respect to size, color to suit your needs. As long as these files are not resold/redistributed.
- Use the content in part or while in your personal scrapbook layouts for your own non-commercial use.
- Use the contest in part or whole in your personal gifts and non-commercial or non-professional craft projects
- Submit projects made with my designs for publication in magazines, and ezines as long as credit a is given

- Make copies of these designs, other than for PERSONAL back-up purpsoes only.
- Make templates of any kind. This includes: quickpages, plopper pages, easy pages or other; layout templates; templates for Incredimail or similar; Blog templates; Ebay templates; Myspace templates; or other online site templates; This is considered digital distrubution and is not permitted.
Scrap for Hire & Professional Crafters
You may use my products/designs for your projects with the following terms:
- You may use the product for scrap for hire, provided that you do not give your customers a layered format from which they could extract graphics
or elements. Finished product can only be made available to your clients in a flattened, .jpg file or printed format.
- You MAY NOT make templates, quick pages or 'plopper pages' with my products.
- Any Product/Design can be used to create handmade, tangible craft items which are sold directly to the public. For
example, you can produce candy bar wrappers, greeting cards, paint cans, lamp shades, glass blocks, t-shirts, quilt squares, jar
labels, recipe cards, note cards, stationery sets, window clings, magnets, wall hangings, decoupage wood items, indoor/outdoor
signs, gift bags, gift boxes, etc. Digital templates of these are NOT permitted.
- You may not sell more than 200 items per calendar year using the same product/design.
